"Mia" Lesa Colvin
“Mia” Lesa Colvin, has served individuals with disabilities for a combined 27 years, in Pasco and Hernando counties. Often referred to as the “Relentless Advocate”, working together with the Division of VR Head & Spinal Cord Program, The Brain Injury Association of Florida and The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, as a Certified Employment Specialist, advocating for shelter, extended rehabilitation and employment services and support.
Ms. Colvin has a proven track record with The Florida Department of Education, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, as a Certified Employment Specialist, providing employment services for disabled individuals including; Adults, School to work students, Supported Employment and On the Job Training, per individualized plan. Lesa Colvin’s passion is to motivate persons with disabilities, providing them with a purpose, reaching their highest potential through employment in our community.
Working together with Placement Solutions, Inc. team, provides consumers the motivation and support to enhance their self-esteem and lives through employment.
