Donna Carpenter

Donna Carpenter moved to Pasco County in 2021 to enjoy the Florida weather. She is originally from New Jersey. Right out of High School Donna worked as a medical assistant and then becoming an office manager for a Plastic Surgeon. Donna oversaw all office procedures including Human Resources. While she was working in Human Resource she did all the interviewing and hiring for the company. Donna and her direct manager were very open to hiring and working with people with disabilities. Donna has always had an eye for detailed and loved doing research.

Donna also has been a loyal member of the Moose Lodge in New Jersey since 2011. Here she volunteered and had a passion reaching out into her community working on fund raiser and unique benefits. She enjoyed working with other team volunteers setting up for local events and special dinners. She was always the go to person with high energy and getting the job done. In 2008 Donna was diagnosed with Lupus. She continued to do what she loved doing until 2014. This is when her life took a turn as she was struggling with her diagnoses and then became disabled 2014. She stopped working until now. She reached out to Placement Solutions FB page and privately messaged me asking if we had a job opening. She did her research and told me she knows she would be a good fit for our agency. Donna interviewed well and since 2022 she has been a good team player and great office support to all our Employment Specialists.
