Javier Ballesteros brings to Placement Solutions 15 years of experience as a Social Worker for the State of Florida. With a Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University and a degree from the International Teacher Education Program (ITEP) Javier is committed to insuring that all participants in the various Vocational Rehabilitation programs will receive the necessary assistance to become productive working members of society. His managerial experience is based on servicing people at different levels based on their physical and psychological needs. His goal is to make life better for those we serve.
Javier is fluent in Spanish making him an asset to our organization.
His work as a youth soccer coach, along with his successful experience in Human Services and Social Work enables him to offer unique advice to all VR program participants. His well-balanced demeanor and jovial attitude lends for a conducive working environment.
As a total quality Social Worker service professional, Javier uses independent judgment out-of-the-box thinking cemented with faith based principles to encourage and nurture the full potential of his consumers. Javier has created various support and life skills programs for the inmate population and refugee groups entering the United States. With 10 years of successful Social Service experience, Javier is uniquely qualified to work with our consumers.
